Dye-sublimation is a process by which a printed image using special dye is transfered
to medium such as a plastic card, printer paper, poster paper, ceramics, metals
or fabric, using high temperatures.
Here at Jojo we use this process to transfer images in full colour from our specialist
sublimation paper to mugs, key rings, bags, wallets, identification and name badges,
clothing, coasters and even puzzles.
In our dye-sublimation process the printed image is heated to 200 degrees centigrade
in one of our purpose designed heat presses until it turns into a gas, at which
point it diffuses onto the sublimation media (your mug, key ring, ID card or gift)
and solidifies, producing a vivid image that will last without fading or degrading
for many years to come.
We cater for many companies that utilise this versatile process to advertise themselves,
and what better way than to present your customers with a promotional gift. Include
your company logo, telephone numbers, web and email addresses, and any other pertinent
information.
