PRINTING TECHNIQUES:

ULTRA CUT VINYL: - Are you looking for a printing option for clothing that is simple, fast and cost effective, maybe for a team, dance school or party? Then this is the option for you, we can cut vinyl in many different colours including flourescents, and metallics such as silver and gold in a very short space of time using our CAD CAM printer/cutter.

COLOUR CUT VINYL: - Using this process we can print any image, in any colour onto the garment of your choice, this technique is particularly suited to multi-coloured images such as photographs and graphics. Colour Cut can also be cut to any shape in the same fashion as Ultra Cut so you dont have to have a solid square around it, we can trace the shape of any part of the image and cut it out!

SILK SCREEN: - If you require large volume, repeat print work with upto a maximum of 6 colours then silk screen printing would be the prefered technique. Most t-shirts that are produced for fashion and clothing stores are produced using this process as it so quick and versatile. We have a capacity of 5000 garments per week currently at our dedicated silk screen printing factory.

DIE SUMBLIMATION: - Allows us to print in full colour on almost any surface using a very high temperature gaseous transfer process which is permanent. We use this technique mainly for printing cups, mouse mats, coasters, key rings, and puzzles but the possiblities are endless as we can even sublimate metals.
